Submitting Distributions
Submissions to the Linux Distribution List are always welcomed and
encouraged! If you know of a distribution that's not on the list, or has
been updated, send e-mail to mrg@hobbiton.org with the subject "LDL
Update". (Netscape and/or IE users can use this link instead.) Be
sure to include the following information:
- The name of the distribution. (required)
- The current version of the distribution.
- The distribution's homepage (preferred) or download site.

- If the distribution isn't already on the list, a breif
description of the distribution.
- If the distribution is on the list, a list of what's changed
between the version on the list and the version you're submitting. (A
changelog site will work too.)
- A pointer to a changelog site, if availible.
- A pointer to a mirror site, if availible.
- The distribution's language, if it's not English
- The distribution's platform (i.e. Intel x86, PowerPC Macintosh,
Motorola DragonBall)
- Your name or handle and e-mail address.
Before submitting a new distribution to the list, do a search or
go through the list to make sure the distribution isn't already on the list.
Also, I'm not looking for news stories or software updates (that's what Slashdot and freshmeat are for :), or non-Linux
distributions and such (OpenBSD and SCO UnixWare won't appear here, for
instance).
