Yggdrasil Plug-and-Play Linux is (was?) a complete Linux distribution for PCs. It includes ELF support, libc5, and Linux 1.2.13.
It is unsure whether this distribution still exists or not; and, if it does, whether it's still being worked on. The distribution is quite old. (Most distributions have supported ELF for 2+ years now, for instance.)
